LICENCE PURCHASE AGREEMENT IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST

We offer the film at four different formats 
• DCP 2K format
• QT PR 4444 format
• BLURAY disc format
• DVD format (PAL or NTSC)

WE OFFER THE FILM IN FOUR CATEGORIES (PRICE NEGOCIATED UPON REQUEST):

• Non commercial licence
–       -Educational licence
–       -Educational licence for high school
–       -Individual & Public libraries
• Commercial licence

The educational license grants non-paying public performance rights to universities, colleges, libraries, high schools and other institutions.
Please note that the individual purchase price does not grant public performance rights, including classroom screenings. It is for home viewing purposes only.

SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR SALES

Please note that orders often require 8 to 10 business days for processing time in addition to transit time. We can usually turn urgent orders around in one day, however, please email us if you have an urgent shipping need or if you wish to use your own shipping account number.
Please note that International Airmail shipping is done at your own risk. We cannot be responsible for any DISC lost or damaged in transit if you select International Airmail service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALES

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If a HARD DISC OR DVD is received in damaged or unsatisfactory condition, it may be exchanged for a new copy of the same film. Damages must be reported within 14 days of receipt of MATERIAL . Shipments that do not arrive within 30 days of email shipping confirmation must be reported to C.A. Productions. After 30 days, C.A. Productions  is no longer held responsible for replacement. C.A. Productions  is not responsible for tracking, shipping speed, or other delivery related issues. We ask that our customers be very attentive to delivery slips for attempted deliveries as multiple attempted deliveries lead to your shipment being held at the local post office and, if unclaimed, returned to our office.[/ppb_text]
